It is still only March, but we are going out on a limb to say that Jackson Scribner’s self-titled debut will be sitting near the top our Best of 2021 list come the end of the year. Due March 26 on State Fair Records/We Know Better Records, the album is a stellar launching pad for the young singer-songwriter, which is apparent in his first batch of singles, including “Sixteen,” “Family Gatherings,” and the latest, “County Rd 497.” We recently sat down with the Texas-born melody maker for a new seven question session.
